Introduction

Data protection is of great personal concern to me, which is why this website has been designed to comply with the legal requirements (GDPR, Austrian Data Protection Act) and the principles of privacy by design and privacy by default. This website has been developed with open-source technologies by myself and hosted on servers in the EU (Germany and/or Finland). There is no tracking or profiling and no advertising is displayed. Accessing the website and general data

Due to technical reasons, your IP address is transmitted to the hosting provider (Hetzner Online GmbH, server location Germany/Finland) when you access this website. Your IP address is saved in an anonymised form, which is why it is no longer possible to establish a personal reference. This behaviour is listed here for the sake of completeness.

Correspondence and contact

If you contact me by phone or email, the personal data you voluntarily provide (at least phone number/email address, probably also first and last name) will be automatically stored on my mobile phone / in my email inbox. All data - if not stored locally - is located on servers in Germany.

Business relationship

If a valid business relationship or pre-contractual communication exists between us (e.g. you are a customer or supplier), the data voluntarily provided by you will be stored for the provision of services. This may also concern contact persons/employees or managing directors of your company.

Legal remedies

You have a basic right of objection if you have reasons arising from your particular situation that speak against this data processing. You have the right of access, right to rectification, right to erasure, right to restrict data processing, right to data portability and right to object. For this purpose, please contact us. If you suspect that the processing of your data violates data protection law/the GDPR or that your data protection rights have been violated in any other way, you can complain to the supervisory authority. In Austria, the Austrian Data Protection Authority, Barichgasse 40-42, 1030 Vienna, is responsible for this.
